Fountainhead Towers 1110 is described as a great value, with a spacious and comfortable layout that guests would gladly return to. Guests appreciated the comfortable beds and furnishings, generous storage in drawers, and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dining essentials. The condo was often praised as nice and clean, with updated bathrooms, modern touches, and a well-kept building. Its fantastic location was a highlight, especially for stays in North Ocean City. Guests consistently loved the spectacular oceanfront and bay views, along with large private balconies that offered memorable sunrise and sunset experiences. Guests also enjoyed the shared pool, reliable wifi, multiple televisions, and thoughtful balcony seating that made the space easy to relax in.

Welcome to Fountainhead Towers in North Ocean City, where this corner condo offers private balconies with incredible oceanfront and bay views. Situated mere steps from the ocean, Fountainhead Towers offers access to community amenities that include a beachfront swimming pool, a tennis court, a sundeck, and newer elevators that relieve wait times. You'll be practically across the road from the Gold Coast Mall, a matter of steps from restaurants and groceries, three-quarters of a mile south of Northside Park, and only two miles south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Maryland-Delaware state line. Things to Know A $60 Non-refundable building registration fee is due per vehicle upon check-in. Full kitchen No pets and no smoking please (including on the oceanfront balconies and in other common areas) Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We were very pleased with this property and would gladly rent again next year. This was an end unit, which gave us an extra large bay-facing balcony. Both balconies were very large and there were plenty of tables and chairs. The condo was in good repair, with a few scuffs here and there, which is no surprise considering how hard these units are used. The furniture was in good repair and there was tons of drawer space. The views of the ocean and bay were amazing. The kitchen was relatively small, but very well equipped and everything seemed to work well. There were plenty of plates/glasses/forks/spoons/knives etc. TVs in living room, and both bedrooms. WiFi worked with no drama. If I had to complain about something it would be that the doors into the condo had code style locks which I can only describe as "touchy" often requiring several tries. In summary, we had a great time at our favorite beach, in a very nice, clean building, in a great condo. We are hoping to be in the same unit next year.

There is ample furniture in the condo, the views are amazing, the wifi works well, the hall bathroom has been updated, the furniture on the balcony is comfortable, and the AC works very well.

Beautiful views and great location! But unit 1110 needs a LOT of improvement. Kitchen is poorly stocked with junky flatware (5 knives), no sharp knives to even cut a tomato, mismatched glassware and cookware that someone had discarded from their own homes 20 years ago. Tried to bake brownies and only had 2 aluminum muffin tins. The lamps in the living room were not usable as there was no way to turn them on. Sliding doors were very hard to open and may need to be replaced. The 5 hangers in the main closet were junky too. Linens provided by linen service are poor quality and not comfortable. Towels were thin but luckily plentiful. The unit is spacious but needs updating. If updated this could be a really nice place. You asked for our opinion. Sorry to say it’s not a positive one.
