• Quay Parking Details: Guest registers at the building. A $100 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due at check-in. When available, additional parking is $10 per vehicle per night and is on a first come, first served basis. The parking is located on the first floor. PARKING: ONE parking space available. Register at Building for a fee. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense.
• Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
• All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
