Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The room was very comfortable and cozy! We really love the pool very warm and inviting. Great time just a bigger TV. And one in the bedroom they had only one TV. But overall very good!

My husband, daughter and I stayed here last week. We really enjoyed this condo. It was the perfect amount of space for the 3 of us. We liked being able to walk to Northside park & pier, the beach, ice cream and nearby shops. There is a great restaurant in the shopping center nearby that we wanted to check out but did not get a chance to. This was a great, easy walk to the beach. We also liked the pool. We looked at other places down at the beach and this condo was very affordable for the week last week compared to other condos and this condo even had a nice, clean pool with a shallow end for our young daughter. The condo had everything we needed for a little getaway including a washer and dryer. There is no dishwasher, however we just bought a bunch of paper products to use so we did not have hand wash dishes all week. We also got crabs one night and sat on the large deck and took advantage of the table that was on the deck and ate outside. You would never be able to tell this condo is close to a shopping center. It was actually very quiet. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again. My one and only complaint was the front door. It was heavy and very hard to lock/unlock. We would have to really try to lock and unlock the door which was a little annoying when trying to leave for the beach and our daughter while our hands were full. While this would not deter me from staying here again, just wanted to note this.
