Not to mention you'll be within walking distance of many popular local restaurants and tasting rooms. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This condo includes gym access. Three elevators are located in the building. A griddle, Instapot, food processor, Keurig, coffee makers, waffle iron, crockpot, full-sized blender, two ice makers, hand mixer, and hairdryers are available for guest use. The heated pool is open from May 28th through September 28th. There is easy beach access along with a public wheelchair available on 89th Street. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. A $10.00 per night cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at Sea Terrace. This covers parking for one vehicle. Please ensure any necessary permit is displayed at all times.
