Diamond Beach not only has oceanfront units but also Oceanblock units on the north and south ends of the building. All units feature a washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. Conveniently close to the Convention Center, shops and restaurants. No pets, please. THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM NO SMOKING Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Location is great, but lack of cleanliness decreases one’s enjoyment (ants and a seriously soiled comforter). The chairs on the porch are fun.

We like the updated and spacious interior, the location, and the included bed linens, wash towels, and starter toiletries. All very helpful. We appreciate the fully equips kitchen but some of the cookware is showing its age. We also appreciate the beach supplies like chairs and boogie boards. The one beach umbrella was broken but useable. Check in and check out we’re ready and the price was reasonable this year which is why we rented it again.
