Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We loved the closeness to the boardwalk and beach while being away from the craziness of the boardwalk. The rental was perfect in space but I didn't expect to have to do dishes when I got there as they weren't clean and to give a good cleaning to the space as we found garbage, clothes, and personal items of the last renter when we got there. My husband also had to fix the closet door where the washer and dryer were bc I opened it up and there were no screws holding the bottom plate of the door to the wall.

Everything about this condo was amazing. The location, the views, the ease of checking in and out - great! The place is beautifully decorated with everything you could need. It felt more like staying at a very tasteful friend's place than renting a space to sleep while beaching. If we ever come back to OCMD, this will be our place.

Overall I’d highly recommend this place. We will likely re-book if we find ourselves in Ocean City again. Perfect for us as two adults and 3 young kids. Very close to the boardwalk, bay, restaurants and entertainment. We didn’t need to drive anywhere. Very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Very responsive as well. The pool was nice and they had everything we needed in the kitchen as well.

The room was very clean and stocked full of supplies for the week. The location to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants makes it a lot easier to get around and not have to drive anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

The location of this condo was great but the cleanliness of the space was disgusting. As much as we wanted to love this condo and rent again, we unfortunately will not be back due to the lack of cleaning. Very frustrating.
