Comfortable and spacious condo! Great that we all had private rooms and bathroom. Comfy beds. Nice TVs and sound system. Fantastic balcony with great outdoor furniture! Views were amazing. Walkable to several restaurants, convenience store on the corner.

We enjoyed our stay. Good location. Amazing view! Heated pool and jacuzzi were great to have access to since it was too cold for the beach. Comfortable sitting area and electric fireplace was nice to have on a chilly day. Well stocked kitchen and starter pack of essentials made preparing meals easy.

We love visiting Ocean City during the off season when it is quiet and there are no crowds. This a very nice unit with lots of space. I will say for people wondering about the views that you can only see the ocean from the smaller sliding glass door. The larger sliding door faces another building. There is no water views from any of the bedrooms, other than the main bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The linen was crisp and clean. We usually travel with our own towels/wash cloths. We prefer units with a washer and dryer. We wash our towels the night before we leave and use the towels the home provides the morning of check out. We had sufficient towels and wash cloths. The starter pack was enough for our 3 day stay. But we usually bring extra paper products and trash bags from home, as well as laundry supplies. The unit was clean, very nicely decorated, and well equipped. For the folks there in the summer there appear to be things available to use on the beach. We didn't have any problems with opening the door with code. You need the code for the elevator as well. No problem. Fortunately, with this unit the parking space is pretty near the entrance but if you need to roll anything to the unit you'll have to enter from a side entrance. There are stairs from the parking lot. It is something I think the building should consider redesigning. If you use a wheelchair or a walker or need to roll items in you'll have to enter through that side door versus under the covered parking which I sure isn't ideal if it is raining. We didn't have any major complaints. The only little rub would be that we were not able to use the fireplace. There no notice given that it wasn't for renter's use or that it was out of order/broken. We arrived to find a chair sitting in front of it... should have been a big clue, I guess. It wouldn't have change our mind about the unit, it would have just been nice to know. The only other thing is the habit of putting the unit number on the parking passes. I think this could be a safety issue for females travelers, especially if you're traveling alone. In the case of this building it might not matter, because the parking assignment is posted near the elevator so either way a predator would know what unit you're in if they know what vehicle you got out of. Seems like a safety issue to me. I would definitely consider staying in the unit again. It was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our off season stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect get away. Clean, great location, spacious, and warming.

We loved the view from the balcony, and the fireplace inside. The indoor pool was a plus, and appreciate the smaller building which meant less noise. We were seeking peace, and got it.
