It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Excellent location - easy access to the beach & quick walk to restaurants & shopping. Clean & well-maintained. Beautiful view of the ocean. The home has lots of little much appreciated conveniences, including plenty of hooks for drying towels & wet clothes, plenty of space to “move in” at the vanities & to store items in the showers. My personal favorite was the separate vanity & getting ready area in the main suite.

Came home today from a wonderful week in OC...sad it had to come to an end. The unit we rented was PERFECT! I am very pleased with the size, location, setup and the gorgeous ocean front view! Very friendly and polite people within the building. Quiet and relaxing. There is nothing bad or negative to say about this place. Definitely want to rent again!

Everything about this property was amazing and welcoming. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Pool was well kept and had enty of seating. Condo was well appointed with all of the necessities for an awesome beach stay.
