To use the boat slip, please provide the first and last name of the person renting the home and the first and last name of the boat's owner. This home features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. The owner provides one pool pass (which cannot be guaranteed; there is a $50 charge if it is lost). No smoking and no pets allowed. Parking: Three parking spaces are included with this rental. Two in the driveway and one in the community lot.
