Beachwalk 7 is described as beautiful, updated, and well cared for, offering a comfortable and family-friendly stay with very comfortable beds, nice furniture, reliable air conditioning, and a well-stocked interior. Guests appreciated the cleanliness, the spacious layout, and the way the home accommodated families with ease. The location is a standout, with direct beach access and easy walking access to nearby restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Guests especially loved the ocean views, beach setting, and multiple balconies and decks that made the scenery easy to enjoy. The pool was a popular highlight, and families also enjoyed the sandy outdoor play area.

Well equipped three and four bedroom townhouse. Complete with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, three oceanfront decks and one rear deck. THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM No pets, please. Outdoor Pool No Smoking Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The best part of this place is the beach view, complete with 3 separate balconies to view it from. Having the pool access is great too. The upkeep left some things to be desired. There was no fitted sheet on 2 of the beds, the airs vents were covered in dust, and the furniture had a bit of an odor to them. We would stay in a place similar to this one, and hope that it’s cleaner than this place.
