Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

So convenient to the beach just great location. We come in October every year for the car show and it's the perfect spot in between boardwalk and 7-11 where the cars show off at night! Cleaning lady we met was super friendly and so helpful.

The location and amenities of this property are perfect, especially if you have kids. Sand back yard, direct beach access, a pool, and 4 bedrooms to allow room to spread out.

The location, layout and size of the unit is great for larger groups (we were 9). It seems as though the unit is in the middle of an update--some things were obviously new and worked well while others still needed to be upgraded. Though it doesn't say in the listing, there were beach chairs and boogie boards provided. Bring your own dish and hand towels. There is an elevated walkway that you must drive under in order to park in the units driveway. Our SUV with roof rack did not fit so that is something to be aware of before arrival. Wifi worked well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom oceanfront property! The location truly cannot be beat - waking up to those stunning ocean views every morning was pure magic. The house was spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained throughout our visit. One of the biggest highlights was the convenience factor. Being so close to the bridge made check-in and departure incredibly smooth and stress-free. No dealing with heavy traffic or complicated routes - just easy access that let us focus on enjoying our vacation. The pool area was a hidden gem! We loved having it practically to ourselves most of the time, and the private backyard space provided the perfect spot to unwind and relax away from the crowds. It felt like having our own personal oasis right by the ocean. The combination of the prime oceanfront location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities made this rental exceed all our expectations. We're already planning our return trip! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a premium Ocean City experience. Thank you for providing such a memorable stay!
