GUESTS WHO BRING A PET WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $500 FINE. Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The home generally was ok. The AC WAS VERY LOUD, which made it harder to sleep. An iPhone was lost in the pool area, but overall was ok

Room was a bit outdated. It was nice how secure the place was but memorizing a 16 digit code to get in the unit was a bit rough, I would recommend a key. Loved the pool and entrance to the beach (and our morning views of it). Overall, cute unit and the family was happy!

It was an okay stay but we’ve stayed in much nicer units in the building. The location and views were great. The condo smelled musty - more than your typical beach place. The air conditioner in the bedroom dripped on my husbands head and the one in the living room froze and spit out ice. There was a blade missing from the ceiling fan in the living room which made it unusable when the A/C went out. We won’t be staying in the unit again given there are much better options at Beachmark.

This property was perfect for our young family of 5. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The air conditioning units worked great and kept the condo very comfortable and cool. Central location to great restaurants and things to do. The beach behind the Beachmark was not overly crowded and was easy to access! The pool was also great
