The living room features inviting furniture and a flatscreen TV and it opens up to a spacious, oceanfront deck with an outdoor dining area and plenty of patio chairs and loungers. Every bedroom has a TV. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher, which will make cooking a breeze. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM Grilling is strictly forbidden No smoking and no pets, please. Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Me and my family, in total of 12 people, enjoyed the stay at Beach Village 16. The five kids enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the outside shower as it was warm water while the older kids enjoyed the balcony and deck for sun tanning. It is beautifully decorated with great amenities to the kitchen allowing for easy cooking when we got there. The rooms were spacious enough for us and the bathroom was comfortable although the shower was hard to turn on.

Le doy 4 estrellas por la ubicación. La propiedad es grande, con varias camas, donde nos pudimos alojar perfectamente 10 personas. Era hermoso despertar con el sonido del mar y disfrutar de la vista desde el balcón. Sin embargo, por la limpieza debería dar 3 estrellas o 2. Dos de las camas tenían arena. Los baños con moho en los azulejos . Las mamparas de vidrio se notaba que no la limpian. En el baño principal de arriba había también pelos de otras personas . En la sala alfombras con arena, atrás de los muebles mucho polvo, mugre y comida de personas que estuvieron anteriormente , lo mismo abajo de los almohadones del sillón .

Pros: Location was fantastic. Beautiful view of the ocean. Loved all the decks/balconies. Right on the beach. So nice to walk right to the ocean. The oven and dishwasher worked great. We had seven staying and it was a little tight. Happy to have a washer and dryer. Sofas were comfortable. Beds were very firm. Cons: The upstairs bathrooms shower handle kept popping off. A cheerio on living room floor from previous guest. Downstairs bathroom only half the light bulbs were working. Alot of dust on the bulbs. Dust build up from where the central air blows in downstairs bedroom on ceiling. The steps in house felt a little off. The handrail for the outside steps is PVC pipe which didn't seem very sturdy.
