Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This home was a wonderful getaway for my family of 11. The elevator made it accessible for those with physical disabilities. The kitchen was clean with plenty cooking utensils. We were able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner with ease. My family had a warm and wonderful holiday filled with memories.

Consistent with the several positive reviews. We had no issue with AC. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, elevator very helpful for bringing all our stuff in and out (not really good for everyday use so be mindful of the many stairs). Top Level 4 is kitchen and living space, Level 3 is very large master suite with private ensuite and another queen room with ensuite, level 2 is another large master suite with Jack and Jill bath to another queen room. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of linens/towels. Can walk to a few good restaurants and bars and easy drive to many more. Hard to beat the amount of space within close proximity to beach. It's on the beach side of the coastal highway so literally walk out and your basically at the beach access. Would highly recommend for a family or large group.

Loved? I would love to share pictures of our traumatic stay in this rental. I had to sleep with my 4 young granddaughters because the doors didn’t lock. Screen doors didn’t open or shut. An air conditioner was installed in the kitchen and it wasn’t usable for 24 hours. We didn’t have air conditioning for 48 hours. We had strange men in and out of the apartment for the installation and they had huge ladders in the kitchen and used a blow torch. We had unplanned expenses for meals because we couldn’t use our kitchen. Everything was filthy after the installation.
