Welcome to The Baywatch complex! This family-friendly complex grants guests access to incredible shared amenities, including two outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, and tennis courts! This sensational condo is exactly the perfect home away from home for your next family vacation–it’s complete with a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a balcony with an outdoor dining area, an on-site washer/dryer, central A/C and free WiFi throughout, and an inviting living area. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM No smoking and no pets, please. The indoor pool and tennis court are not for guest use. Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

1. Cleanliness was not great. From the dishes to the bathrooms. 2. Furniture items ripped/broken/outdated/uncomfortable. 3. Random things broken. Like the toilet seat. Or light fixture. 4. Random door stoppers all over, but not in the trim but in drawers, on shelves, etc. 5. There was little to nothing in the kitchen. Only salt and pepper. No sugar. No other basic seasonings. No kitchen cloths. No kitchen mitts. No foil. No oils. No ketchup/mustard. Pans were terrible. 6. It was advertised with pool access, and we didn't receive any pool pass. On top of it, it wasn't clean from what we could see. 7. It said beach access (not ocean/bay access), where?? Very disappointed for the price.

I loved the comfortable furniture and beach decor. I loved the location of the condo to the beach and shopping center with the supermarket, shops, and restaurants. I loved the pool.
