Welcome to The Baywatch complex! This family-friendly complex grants guests access to incredible shared amenities, including two outdoor pools and a kiddie pool! This sensational condo is exactly the perfect home away from home for your next family vacation -- it’s complete with a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony with an outdoor dining area, an on-site washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, free WiFi throughout, and an inviting living area with a large flatscreen TV. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM No smoking is allowed. The indoor pool and tennis court are not for guest use. Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Condo was great. Everything we needed for our family for the week. Only negative was that the cleaning crew could have done a better job.

This is a well decorated and well maintained unit with every amenity. We loved having sheets and towels provided and the beds made upon our arrival. The kitchen is very well stocked. The pools are another added bonus. The view from the balcony is beautiful, overlooking marshlands teeming with birds. This was our second stay at Baywatch II 303D. We would highly recommend it and hope to return in the future.

3 bedroom condo, clean and well appointed. Nice marsh view overlooking canal. Very comfortable. The 3 flights of stairs can be challenging for some. Beautiful pool within walking distance, beach a 4 block walk or ride. Overall a nice stay.
