Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

First time in condo. There was plenty of room for family. Comfortable not fussy. Close to beach, easy on old folks and young kids.

The location was first and foremost our favorite as we could walk back to the place from the beach in a couple minutes if we needed anything. Second was how well equipped it was. We have stayed at places that were missing normal kitchen utensils, cookware or appliances, etc., but this place had pretty much anything we needed. The A/C worked well, as that has been a problem in the past with other rentals, and there is plenty of room for sleeping, eating and relaxing. The pool was well maintained as was the home in general. I really have nothing negative to say about the place other than the wi-fi was slightly overwhelmed with three kids on tablets and three adults on phones. But that's somewhat a non-issue these days with unlimited phone data. Oh, and the location relative to entertainment, restaurants and coffee/bagel shops was perfect. We were all extremely pleased with this home and will look to potentially stay again.

I have stayed in dozens of condos in OC and this unit is roomy with a very nice layout compared to the others. It is literally 10 steps from the beach so very convenient for bathroom/snack breaks which is particularly important for seniors like us or families with small children. It was great to have our linens provided. The kitchen is well equipped with every conceivable item you could need. The unit is located on a quiet side street with minimal traffic or noise. It is close to the grocery store and other shopping needs. We will definitely return to this unit again!
