Enjoy your vacation in this very popular and convenient building! This one-bedroom, family-friendly condo has been equipped with guest comfort in mind. You will have a light-filled living room with a large flatscreen TV with cable, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a waterfront balcony with an outdoor dining area overlooking the white, sandy beach, an on-site washer/dryer, free WiFi, and so much more! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Wall unit air-conditioning is available in the living room and bedroom. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
