THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM No smoking and no pets, please. Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo has everything you need worth beautiful ocean views. Close to many attractions. We stayed 2 weeks and there was plenty to do.

Location, rooms and was perfect for our family

We had issues with the door keys and the hose key. We called then 2x. Neither issues were addressed. We’re just lucky the key didn’t break off in the lock. It took 10/15 minutes to lock & unlocked the door after jiggling & jiggling the key. Wasted time when you could have been enjoying the beach etc. 10/15 minutes per couple times a day times 7 days adds up. Maybe the owners received a deal from vasca who knows. They should go back to the old rental company OR maybe we’re just a middle class family not spending thousands and thousands of dollars…. Who knows.
