The large living area is great for the entire family. This is a private, secured building with an elevator. You'll also be just across from the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great view of the bay from the living room. Lots of living space.

We booked this unit pretty last minute and didn’t know what to expect. There were 3 17 year olds and 2 adults. When we got there we realized we had our own parking spots right by the door and pretty much our own elevator. The elevator went to only a few units that seemed to be separate from the rest of the units. The unit itself was fully stocked and very comfortable. It had beach accessories and 2 carts so we didn’t have to carry everything in our hands. The pool was in a great location right on the bay. And there is even a little beach area to access the bay. As for my kids, they were able to walk places and explore since it was in a central location. We loved the unit and its proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach. We will definitely book this for next year.
