Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Location was great! Easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Place was cozy and had everything we needed. Definitely stay here again.

It was close to the boardwalk ann our parking spot was right in front of our door. It was first floor so didn't have to haul luggage upstairs. It is dated but clean and close to the beach. Well stay here again. Loved having two bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The apartment was clean, spacious, and me and my family had plenty of space! Each of the 2 bedrooms had a TV which was great because we all sleep with a TV on at night! The WiFi worked great! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need! We come to Ocean City every year for our family vacation and usually we just book 2 motel rooms, but I will not be doing that EVER again!! If this home is available I will rent this home every single time!! We enjoyed our stay so much!

I love the apartment because it was on the first floor and the quick and easy access to the beach and boardwalk . the apartment has a mini split system for the air conditioning which keeps the rooms cool 😎
