After a day at the beach, relax in the living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and two recliners. Watch a new movie on the cable TV. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the open-concept kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table. Sip morning coffee on the master bedroom deck. In the evenings, dine alfresco on the covered deck, appointed with table seating for four, as well as additional patio chairs. A shared picnic table is also available underneath the building. When you return from the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower. Things to Know Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
