Great pool area. Lots of space for our family

Beautiful in ground pool and home with wonderful amenities.

This house was awesome and was perfect for our group of 8 friends. Plenty of room both inside and out. We loved the beautiful pool and yard area. So many great areas to sit and relax. The kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed. The Vacasa staff were quick to respond when we had a question and they were very friendly and professional. New Buffalo is a few minutes down the road, and is a nice, friendly little beach town with some great shops, breweries and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice big well equipped kitchen and eating area with a long table to accommodate everyone. Big pool with warm water. Hot tub. Fire pit. Grills. Quite frankly, I didn’t expect the place to be nearly as nice as it turned out to be.

We have stayed in a lot of vacation houses, and this was probably the most comfortable and well stocked in terms of bedding, toiletries, etc. We loved the indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool was huge and tons of fun for the kids, even though the water was hot like bath water in this July heat. Lots of comfy outdoor seating as well. We were disappointed that there was no actual beach access from this neighborhood. We didn't realize that you could only walk to a rocky area of the lake and we had to drive into New Buffalo to actually go to the beach. Still, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with lots of amazing houses to walk by. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We arrived at 4:01 on our check-in day. The cleaning crew was still on the premises and seemed to be completely unaware that a rental was taking place. A pool person had just arrived. The kids were excited to get in the pool, but that had to be halted because the pool looked like a green swamp. The pool was not usable for 24 hours and this was one of the main reasons we booked this residence. Have no fear, we were offered $25 for our troubles. The house was beautiful and well maintained. The light switches were labeled (super helpful), wifi password posted numerous places, hot tub, and basement area were all great. If you're paying this kind of price tag for a residence, you should actually get what you paid for, and we certainly didn't. Nobody bothered to even follow back up after the pool people returned to sweep the grime and crud that was settled on the bottom of the pool. So the $25 offer (insulting) wasn't even delivered.
