What appeared on paper to be a great place for a small family vacation turned out to be a very disappointing experience. I will try to be as concise as possible. *Unit #7 is sandwiched-in, in the corner between 2 units with minimal sunlight. *Cleanliness- the bathroom was a major issue, specifically the bathtub. I found hair in multiple spots in the bathtub. I had to clean the tub myself. *Air conditioning: the window AC did keep the living room space cool but not the bedroom. The air conditioner was extremely loud, so consider this if you are not OK with noise. *Coffee: personally, I was very disappointed that they did not provide coffee. I find it really cheap when a host does not provide the basics. I’m not Ben talking about welcome basket. Just a simple cup of coffee. *Customer service: Vacasa’s customer service during our stay was useless. A complete waste of time asking them for help. Bottom line: not a great place even if the pictures look good. Pictures can be deceiving.
