Beautiful and expansive, this home is perfect for the whole family. Teens will love the game room above the garage, offering Ping-Pong, foosball, cornhole, and an oversized leather couch. Adults will love the screened porch overlooking the lake steps from the house. And children will practically live on the sandy beach or enjoy the playground, the volleyball court, horseshoes, and shuffleboard. Nearby Schultz Park in Douglas offers pickleball and tennis. Be sure to check out the farmers market at the Saugatuck Art Center, and spend an afternoon wandering around the charming village. There are so many wonderful places to eat locally. You'll also have the Clearbrook Golf Club half a mile away, the Saugatuck Chain Ferry within two miles, and Oval Beach within three. Boasting three floors, this home has a large primary bedroom and a private bathroom on the main floor. The lake walkout floor downstairs has a living area with cable TV, a French-themed bedroom, and a laundry room. The upstairs has two bedrooms: one with a lake view and one facing the woods. There are three different outdoor areas to congregate, all offering comfortable seating. THINGS TO KNOW The Internet and TV are very sensitive due to weather in the area. The location was great for getting downtown Saugatuck. The house itself was very nice for a gathering. Bob was very responsive when the air was not working and make it a priority to get someone out to fix it. The house could have been cleaner, but it wasn’t gross. I would recommend this house overall.
