We had an amazing stay and could not have asked for a better place for our Icebreaker Weekend in South Haven. The condo was absolutely perfect for three girls, comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. The unit was spotless when we arrived and very well stocked, which made the entire stay easy and relaxing. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to do and ideal for a weekend getaway. We truly had the best time and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place in South Haven.

A hand-written note indicated that ours was the second consecutive stay with no WiFi (and no TV because it is a WiFi-only TV). Vacasa management was helpful, contacting the owner the first day of our stay. However, the property owner neither corrected the problem nor communicated with us.

the unit was attractive, clean, comfortable & easy walking to dinning sites as well as shopping area. We were extremely disappointed that the WiFi didn’t work & no solution from Vacasa. No cable TV which we assumed to be standard at this price point. Parking could have been more convenient & was shocked to learn late check out was only available if we paid more. All of these issuer very disappointing.
