Guests can swim in the lake with a private access point, play on the beach, row boats for guest, and fishing dock. There is also a playground, lawn games, volleyball and basketball courts, making this the perfect place for families! Inside, appreciate comfortable living quarters and furnishings, modern upgrades, and has partial air-conditioning and ceiling fans. When relaxing with your family, enjoy the screened-in porch, and the large yard, where a picnic table and grill await your use and enjoyment. Kindly be advised that during peak summer season in Saugatuck, guests may experience reduced WIFI speeds due to higher demand. The cottage is conveniently located near Oval Beach, Saugatuck Dunes State Park, and Macatawa Golf Club, perfect for summertime activities. Nearby is downtown Saugatuck, with lots of shopping, waterfront restaurants, festivals and parks, making it an ideal location for anyone seeking the perfect getaway! Things to Know There is only partial air conditioning available. There is free parking for 2 car(s). Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home cannot have any dogs on the property, ever. The owner's daughter is susceptible to illness from dog hair. In addition, this association doesn't allow renters to have dogs. Guests are subject to eviction if they bring a dog.
