Location, number of separate bedrooms and baths. Kitchen amenities. Laundry availability in house. Garage for our personal bike storage, fire pit, table space for a group.

Great location with lots of space for large groups. The kitchen was well appointed and the home had lots of games and puzzles which was a plus for the kids.

My family stayed here for two nights. The place was underwhelming. The bedrooms, bathrooms and most of the kitchen were clean....but also we found a few problem areas upon arrival. We found a half eaten cookie folded in a napkin in the cabinet, the dishwasher smelled weird and had food remnants in the bottom. The garage smelled foul, like something died in there, or someone had smoked cigars in there for years. This would not be a big deal, but in order to access the grille or the back deck, you have to walk through the garage. Opening the door to the garage made the house smell weird too. There was a pile of garbage outside the house when we arrived, not the best greeting. The managers checked in with us upon arrival to see if the place was clean...that was nice, but.... I shared this exact feedback and heard nothing back. Its a decent spot, but not worth the over $500/night we paid.

We normally stay on the lakes so ut was our first time in glen arbor. It was very nice and comfortable for our entire party. Very easy to walk to everything in the area without dealing with people and parking. Took advantage of the firepit every night. We did see a mouse and few bugs occasionally but I guess that should be expected in that area. Highly recommend for larger party's of people. Very spacious. Andy

The house could have been fine if it wasn’t for the mouse droppings, dead bugs everywhere, items left by previous visitors including medication, live cockroach on the kitchen floor, and three of the dining chairs being unsafe to sit on. I contacted customer service immediately but they offered no solutions and we spent the first hour and a half vacuuming and cleaning. The pull out couch is not suitable for sleeping on besides being dirty (mattress is bad). Strong bad smell in the back of the house that improved with the my garage doors open.

Locale. The coziness and comfort of the house. Well stocked and equipped. Everything we needed.
