Loved our stay! What a special place.
Very pleasant and modern accommodations, but bring extras like dishwasher detergent, because there is a limited supply.
Stunning views, crystal clear water, the most refreshing swimming spot, gorgeous design and wonderful exercise opportunity doing the steps to the beach. The cottage had a perfect layout for our family. Primary suite on upper level with the chef kitchen, dining, living areas and a full span deck. The lower level has two comfy bedrooms and a family space with a great pull up sofa bed, laundry and bathroom. The long driveway up gave us the true Up North getaway feel we were after. The design of the home is perfectly balanced & inviting, with a cabinet full of games for relaxed fun. Everything was comfy and clean. The bedrooms are equipped with fans and the windows have screens to allow for a really nice breeze. We look forward to our next stay. Loved this spot!
The house is in a stunning private location with so much wildlife and amazing views. We saw eagles, deer, and heron almost daily. The beach is private and rarely did we even see the neighbors on either side of us. A morning jog north along the beach provides amazing tranquility as there is not another house for a full mile. The beds and furniture are modern and comfortable, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen provided amazing amenities and functioned well with an incredible panoramic view of the woods to the side of the house. We saw incredible sunsets from the landing overlooking the water and loved morning kayak trips on glassy crystal-clear water. We had a wonderful experience and can't wait to go back.
This place was perfect for us! It’s so private and secluded with a spectacular view of Lake Michigan, and a dramatic set of stairs to the private beach below! All of this said, we were remarkably close to a lot of amenities, like restaurants and groceries etc. We used the kitchen a lot, and it’s well appointed with everything you need and then some. Overall the style is rustic and contemporary. The made great choices on the decor. It’s attractive and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed another week. We were really getting the hang of it!
