Overall we liked the house but there were some strange things that need to be addressed. The WiFi doesn’t work reliably which means you cannot stream anything on the TV. Just an FYI. There is also an ant issue and the infiltrate the kitchen counter. There was also a washer delivered during our first morning which could have been timed on a day when nobody was paying to rent the house. The house is spacious and suitable for a group. The other downside is that the sheets and blankets are poor quality. The trash can had 2 trash bags and beyond that the house didn’t supply trash bags. This seems like a simple amenity that we should not have had to go purchase ourselves. Lastly, the house doesn’t have AC so some of our group felt the house was overheated. If these key issues were resolved, I’d give a 5 star review for sure.

Ants. No hurrah. Homeowner apparently knows of ant problem as there are ant traps visible. Wish we'd've known. There was no spray of immediate treatment in evidence at property. Ants were EVERYWHERE, and yes, of course, some made it home. Shower on main floor leaks water onto flooring and is danger hazard. Bed on main floor with two beds is broken and apparently known of by own as there was an extra mattress below the bed (weird, right?) so when it collapsed one didn't go too far. Instead of an extra mattrress, why not fix this? No worries on intruders coming in unnoticed and as screen door SLAMS shut. And QUITE loudly. Even after knwoing of this character trait of the house most of us weren't fast enough to prevent the slam. Habit soon came to avoid the close, convenient door and walk around the house to a deck entrance. I'm sure it is fixable, but it isn't fixed. Why provide a futon and call it a sleep space when one is provided no sheets or other bed linens?? Bring your own beach chairs, toys, blanket and beach towels, etc. as none are provided. Power went out and Vacasa rep came to investigate. We were in dark when she arrived. She had a flashlight, we didn't. Power was still out when she left us in dark, still with no flashlight or power. She could have left ius hers but didn't. If they fixed the items they clearly know to need attention, it might be an acceptable place, esp if the Ants didn't continue marching in

Great house and location, with some caveats.

The location and space were great. There was a lot of road noise and it was very hot in the house.

Our family loved staying here. Everything was very clean, and peaceful location. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy downtime between activities and would definitely come back again.
