This charming cottage is located within walking distance of downtown Saugatuck‚Äôs shops and restaurants (a half-mile west), which also makes for a relaxing bike ride. The property is also only a mile from the area's most popular beach, Oval Beach. Quieter Douglas Beach (two miles southwest) and Saugatuck Dunes State Park (four miles north) are nearby as well. After a gorgeous day spent out on Lake Michigan, relax on the deck or out front inside the three-season, screened front porch, furnished with a patio table set and comfortable lounge chairs and equipped with a split heating/air-conditioning unit. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, air-conditioning, and access to streaming TV services using your own accounts.
