The property is close to everything. The kitchen is great and the house was clean. Be aware this is an old house. I felt the pictures were a little misleading.. Two of the 4 bedrooms have no closet.

We loved all the little extras this cozy home came with- from all the necessities in the kitchen, grilling essentials, things to entertain the kids and the delicious smelling shower extras. I felt like I was at a home away from home and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a close location to downtown! We will definitely be back!!

Our party of four (2 adults, 2 kids) had plenty of room to spread out in this older home located about five blocks from South Beach. Downtown and Meijer was just a few minutes drive away as well. Very nicely decorated but could use a few tweaks to make it even more functional. There are several stairs to enter the residence, was a little tricky for the grandparent in our party. Pretty clean and comfortable for the most part. Laundry is in the basement and must be accessed from the outside (we did not use so can’t comment on those facilities). Overall a great place for the location.

Thank you for an amazing stay. The place was beautiful, clean and incredibly comfortable. Like a home away from home! We absolutely love the close proximity to the downtown area and all attractions. Would absolutely love to stay again and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

This home was super cute, updated furnishings. Beds VERY comfortable! The only issues we had were the power went out in one of the rooms and the breaker box was not accessible to us. So we had to contact Vacasa and no one got back to us until the following day. Also the laundry is only accessible if you go outside the house and the steps don’t get much sun so the moss growth is a little slippery in rain/snow. However it’s possible if you visit in the summer this wouldn’t be a big issue, it’s warm and dry. All in all we would definitely stay again.
