As you enter the first floor, you are welcomed by a dining area, a full kitchen, and a living area area. You'll also find a bedroom with a twin-size trundle and a full bathroom, easily accessible by guests. The second floor enjoys the main bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a bunk, both sharing a full bath with plenty of space for families. The outdoor firepit and sitting area is a welcome accommodation for enjoying those beautiful summer nights. Beach access is just a few short blocks away, making it convenient even for families to walk to the beach. Please note that the owner has a cat and a non-shedding dog. The guest is allowed one non-shedding dog under 20 lbs.
