The condo is well appointed and clean. It had everything we needed for a great winter get-a-way. The views across the lake were amazing! Although we didn't see any sunsets, we were there during an almost full moon phase. Getting up early and seeing the moon set across the lake...beautiful! Highly recommend this condo

Ship Watch 1&2 was vet comfortable and well equipped. The kitched had everything we needed for our cooking, cleaning and serving. The Furniture was in good shape and comfortable in ll the rooms. The view is great and not many steps up to the unit. It was a very clean unit, one of the best of the numerous Homestead condos we’ve stayed in. I would highly recommend this unit!

We love to rent at The Homestead in spring and fall when it is quiet with few people there. This is the fourth different condo we have rented at The Homestead and it is the best one yet. Things work, and the kitchen is amazingly well equipped, down to real Saran wrap, two sizes of strainer, and measuring spoons and cups to cover every size of stuff you would need. We loved the professional grade paint job and the quality finishes throughout. I think it was wise to place both the bedrooms on the forest side and have two living rooms taking advantage of the beautiful lake view. FYI, we like to look out over Lake Michigan, so we always try to rent a condo with a view. One of them was 50 stair steps above the parking lot, another was 81 stair steps up, but this one is only 18 stair steps up to give you a great view. The larger balcony over the lake is fairly well shielded from rain and is a great place to enjoy your coffee. We will be back!

This place is amazing. So comfortable. There were so many lovely artistic and personal touches that we wanted to thank the owners by contributing a wooden cutting board, which we left in the condo. The layout of the condo is great. It's like staying in a friend's home. Sunsets every night. Loved out stay. Susan & Paula

The greatest thing about this place is the spectacular view of Lake Michigan! We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets right from the deck. Very clean and comfortable. We hope to return sometime soon! Highly recommend!
