The property is in a good location, close to Crystal Lake (which is amazing) and Frankfort, which has a great downtown area with lots of restaurants. The property had 4 bedrooms, did not have air-conditioning in two of the rooms, but it was cool enough with the windows open that it was ok. It was mostly clean aside from one or two minor issues. The fire pit was nice. The main issue was completely non-functioning wifi, and the area has minimal cell phone service. Vacasa was unable to help fix that situation. If you don't mind, then this is a fine place to stay. If you need service or wifi, you might consider looking elsewhere.

Home is clean, spacious, and in a good location! *bathrooms are stocked, kitchen has items you need! *no AC - 3 portable ac units and plenty of fans, I do not think this was an issue *NO outside seating by the fire, no table or chairs outside. *NOT enough towels - 12 of us and 8 towels, needed to run lots of laundry. Lots of bees- spray seemed to help Overall clean and stocked.

The house was fully stocked with everything that you would need for a vacation. We traveled with 10 people and 2 dogs and never felt cramped in the house. The front porch was a great addition to spend time on each day playing with kids and dogs. The house doesn't have AC but does have portable units that kept the house cool and comfortable during an incredibly hot week in Michigan. We were able to explore from Ludington to Northport easily with the location being a perfect middle ground. The property was huge and we had two dogs that were able to explore. Overall we couldn't have been happier with our stay and the support we received from Vacasa throughout the trip.
