As I mentioned, we couldn’t stay due to the storm. I know this unit. It is very clean and very well appointed.

We feel bad for the owner. Their unit is great, but the property management company is not. Sloppiness in cleaning and poor handling of customer issues turned what should have been a great stay into a mediocre one.

We have stayed at several properties in the Homestead community, and this is by far our favorite. Beautiful view. Nice clean unit. The only downside is that the bedrooms are in the front of the unit ( away from water) , so they don’t get much airflow, or breeze. Even with fans going, it can take a while for the bedrooms to cool down to a comfortable temperature in the evening… Especially if the humidity is really high.
