Guests residing here will have their own private kitchen, equipped with plentiful counter top and cabinet space, making for an efficient spot to prep a quick meal or make a light snack! The kitchen is stocked with a full sized refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, sink, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, a toaster, coffee maker, and more. If you prefer dining out, you are just minutes from a wide variety of local restaurants, and delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash make staying in just as easy.

A dining table separates the kitchen and living room area. The table is equipped with four chairs, perfect for gathering for a meal or setting up a board game!

The living room features a plush, sectional sofa situated in front of a flat screen tv! The sofa encases a coffee table. This is the perfect spot to relax and kick back after a long day out in the sun! The living room leads into the sun room, which offers another sofa that folds out into a queen-sized bed.

This condo features two cozy bedrooms, ensuring everyone has space to get a good nights rest! The first bedroom is the primary suite, and includes a queen sized bed encased by two end tables.

Just beyond the kitchen, the living area offers a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind. Furnished with a cozy sofa that converts into a queen sized bed and an accent chair, there is plenty of seating for everyone. Across the room, a wall mounted smart TV sits above an entertainment stand, creating the perfect setup for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. From here, you can step out onto your private, inlet front screened balcony. This peaceful space is ideal for enjoying the coastal breeze, sipping your morning coffee, or winding down in the evening with a good book.

This condo features two well appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a plush queen sized bed with end tables on either side, along with a wall mounted flat screen TV for added comfort and convenience.

The second bedroom features two full sized beds, separated by an end table. For additional storage, there is a dresser on the other side of the room!

This condo also has two bathrooms, the first featuring a tiled, standing shower with a detachable showerhead. A vanity sink, mirror, and toilet can also be found in here! The common bathroom offers a shower/tub combination, a vanity sink, mirror and toilet! To make your stay as easy as possible, we provide essential starter items including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap so you can settle in right away.
