Luxury Condo | Gym, Rooftop Pool | Near Downtown

New modern building with cheap fit and finish in the unit, but it's roomy, and quiet. Don't believe the reviews whining about noise, this unit is on back side facing away from all clubs. Free secure garage parking with swipe card and direct elevator access to 4th floor. (Awesome!) Great local owned bars and restaurants within 100 yards and only 10 minute walk to beach, 12 minutes to harbor. Perfect location to Base a great week exploring the Cabos.

Plenty of places to eat nearby and a grocery store. The gym and pool were great during our 6 day stay. Having a parking spot was nice too.

Single mom traveling with two teenage girls, we felt safe walking around the neighborhood at all times. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and explained everything in detail upon check-in. The house was immaculately clean, we didn’t cook anything so I can’t speak about the kitchen. We did use the washer/dryer combo, Google Translate saved me there because the dial/instructions are all in Spanish. There are restaurants, pharmacies, mini markets, all within a two block radius. We walked to the beach a couple of times and back, not a bad walk:-) We did walk to the harbor and all around the harbor and decided to get an Uber back because we were tired and it was hot. I didn’t hear any outside noise at night, except fireworks. Those are short and early enough I think like 9:00 pm. I agree with the other review about the hot tub, I wish I would’ve read that before I arrived because we tried to use the rooftop hot tubs and they were empty. We didn’t use the pool, but saw a couple of other families in it even though it’s not heated. We were here in mid to late March. The balcony is really nice for coffee, the sun hits the balcony in the morning and you are in the shade by like 10/11 or so. We loved it here, thank you!

The condo unit and the Vacasa staff were lovely. I encountered one issue that was resolved as fast as they could. I will point out that the pool, although pretty to look at, is unusable during the winter months as it is not heated. It was probably around 60F during the hottest part of the day. If you do use the rooftop Jacuzzi's, they take about 3 hours to fill up. Something we learned on our own. The unit itself is perfect for a long stay, the beds were very comfortable and the view from the patio was beautiful. Every Thursday to Sunday you get a perfect view of the firework show at the hotel nearby at 9:35p. I did read some reviews about noise from Nearby clubs and i will attest that Fragata 404 is on the quieter side of the complex and you rarely hear any loud noises. I would stay there again, but in the summer months when the pool is usable, as that was the main reason i had picked this unit, thus my 4 out of 5 instead of 5star review.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again. Location was great, clean and comfortable bed!
