Ground-floor condo with ocean view, pool, gym, hot tub, & washer/dryer

The condo was in a nice community -- quiet, nice pool, well kept surroundings -- and the apartment was clean and nicely decorated. There were a few issues however that affected our stay and could use improvement. Most of these were related to the management company, not the actual unit. -We emailed the management company twice in advance of our stay to ask about kitchen supplies, so we could plan accordingly. We never got a reply and unfortunately supplies were limited. - The hot water in the master bathroom only worked when running the sink faucet. (We called the management company when we couldn't get hot water and to their credit they sent someone out. Wish they'd told us about the faucet/shower when we checked in though, not after multiple back and forth messages.) - A sensor alarm went off multiple times in the apartment. When the management company came to fix this, they said it was a common problem. Maybe leave notice of this and how to fix it in the apartment? - No complimentary day-pass access to all Pueblo Bonito Resorts in Los Cabos, as advertised in the listing. We contacted the management company upon arrival to ask how we could ask about the pass. They replied that it wasn't being offered during the busy season, when we were there. They then informed us that we'd receive a partial refund for this, but three weeks and several messages later, we've yet to receive this. (Note that another apartment owner in the condo association said that this has never been something renters can access. Not sure if this is true.) Again, the apartment and surrounding property was clean and well kept. Wish communication and follow through had been better though.

The view of the ocean is amazing. I loved waking up to it each morning. The pool is steps from the backyard.
