There is a TV with ROKU. Sliding glass doors provide views out to the beach, as well as access to a table for two on the balcony. A dining table for four sits by the kitchen. Colorful cabinets and cookware, along with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, make this condo great for eating in! In the bathroom there is a sink and shower. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, a closet, dresser, TV, and a ceiling fan.

The complex for Viva 28 offers a sparkling swimming pool with shade umbrellas, and chaise lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. There is a new pickle ball court, and BBQ grills with counters for food prep, and a long dining table. The beach is just steps from here.

On the city side of Villa 28, you are close to dining and shopping opportunities, making this a convenient spot for any stay.
