Overview
Find both ease and style at this wonderful single-story condo in Sagewood, a historic area of central Palm Springs designed by the noted architect Donald Wexler. You'll be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows and large glass sliders that open to the garden patio outside and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space that is fully equipped for the chef of the party. This unique getaway at Sagewood offers a significant amount of privacy, providing more the feeling of a private home than a condo. Meanwhile, all the amenities for which Sagewood is renowned are right out back. One of the pools and spas is located just a short distance from the condo's rear slider. Stunning mountain views can be enjoyed from both the living area and from the private walled patio with landscaped garden. Enjoy a south-facing patio where you can grill, dine, and spend the evening around the warmth of the fire table. Fantastic community amenities include three pools with pool spas, a tennis court, and expansive manicured grounds with views of the mountains. Sagewood Vacation Condo has been upgraded to feature 4K TVs discretely installed in all rooms, including a 65-inch LG OLED TV in the living area. High-speed internet and a WiFi printer are installed. Bedrooms are furnished with West Elm collections.
With one of the community's three swimming pools located right outside the condo's back entrance, you'll never be far from sun-splashed relaxation. There is also a new pickleball/tennis court installed by the company responsible for the famous Indian Wells Masters tennis courts. The heart of downtown Palm Springs, where you'll find excellent restaurants, shops, casinos, and nightlife all along Palm Canyon Drive, is only one mile west. Choose from over 100 golf courses in the area and spend a day on the links, or take in an incredible view from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway six miles west.

Location and tv
The complex has lovely grounds. The outdoor space is especially nice.
Great tv Great views
We love the openness of the area with all the windows. We also loved the private patio with a fire table and good outside seating. Having the pool and hot tub so close by was very important to us. The only difficulties were that the layout was meant for tall people and we are short people. The cupboards were too high for us. We had trouble reaching things. Also, there were not enough mugs and glasses. Minor things in a condo that we absolutely loved!
Sun and location we will be next year for two months Toaster oven is a fire hazard thanks really liked the patio and all
For those who love or want to explore the Palm Springs area, this condo is perfect. The layout was very good for us and our friend. We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pan. There are no staples (oil, herbs, etc.) but that should not detract from the property. The only downside for us was the airplane noise. The property has single paned windows and the unit is in the take off pattern. We did ask the management company about this prior to booking and they said it was not tracked. If you are bothered by this, maybe this may not be for you. The next door neighbors who own their condo have double paned windows that minimize the noise. We all have different tolerance for noise.
