I cannot recommend staying here due to significant maintenance and health issues. The most critical problem was the old patio doors in the bedroom; they do not close or seal properly. Because of the unit’s location, this gap allowed exhaust fumes from cars below to fill the room, making it impossible to sleep safely. We were forced to check out early and book a hotel because the unit was essentially uninhabitable. Additionally, the bathroom needs major work. The shower floor is slanted away from the drain, causing water to pool and sit rather than drain out. On top of that, the furniture was broken and the local property manager was completely unresponsive when we reached out for help. Save your money and look elsewhere.

If you are looking for a peaceful place for your holidays this is NOT the place. It is mentioned that the apartment is in a lively area however it is unbearable noisy. It is right next to the main road and above a restaurant that has very loud live music. It feels like the band is in your living room. Also the doors to the verandah don't close properly so all the noise comes through from the street. We weren't able to sleep a single night before 2am. Unless you want to party every night I would not recommend to stay here.

Absolutely stunning! This property located right on the Malecón in Puerto Vallarta is nothing short of a dream. The location is perfect—you're just steps away from the beach, local shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, yet the apartment offers a peaceful retreat with all the amenities you could need. While the area can be a bit noisy due to the lively surroundings, it's a small trade-off for the unbeatable location. If you're a deep sleeper, it shouldn't be a problem, and the energy of the area adds to the excitement of your stay. One of the standout features is the awesome rooftop, offering panoramic views of the ocean and the city. It’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a sunset, or just take in the stunning scenery. A huge shoutout to Luis, the host, for being incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout our stay. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. Whether you're visiting for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this property offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and beauty. I can’t recommend this place enough – it’s truly a slice of paradise!

The location was great, but the communications and services were terrible! We were given the wrong entrance and key pad codes!!!!! We were behind the closed entrance for an hour trying to reach out to host to give us the correct codes!!!! The service is also terrible. There were coffee machines but no coffee was provided. In general, although we liked the location, the accommodation and the service was not that good.
