Noise Notice Due to our central location, some urban noise may be experienced. Additionally, Cabo is a growing area, and there may be occasional construction nearby. While the home offers excellent privacy, light construction noise is possible at times. Cancellation Policy (Casago Website Reservations) Guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. House Rules & Policies 1.- Occupancy Only the number of guests (and pets, if applicable) listed in the reservation are permitted. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund. 2.- Check-In Requirements Guests are required to provide valid identification, full guest details, and complete any necessary forms prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund. 3.- Respect for Property & Community Guests must respect neighbors, follow community rules, and refrain from illegal activities. Violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. 4.- Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Non-compliance may result in penalties or cancellation. No Parties or Events 5.- No Parties or Events Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. 6.- Pets Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in your reservation. Unauthorized pets may result in cancellation without refund and additional cleaning fees where applicable. 7.- No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in common areas.
