Or take a day trip to historic Fredericksburg for additional fun and discovery, within 30 miles of your door. With so much to see and do, you'll never run out of options for entertainment and relaxation. The exterior boasts a spacious upper and lower wraparound deck with plenty of seating, perfect for dining alfresco or simply taking in the views. Concoct a delicious beverage at the outdoor bar. Take a break in the refreshing hot tub! Children, and kids at heart, will enjoy the deck swings, while gathering around the firepit is always a fun way to enjoy your evening. Step inside to discover a fun-filled game room with a shuffleboard and pool table, perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying some friendly competition. The central air-conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate year-round, while the washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, and stove make daily tasks a breeze. Additionally, the gas grill out on the deck is ideal for hosting cookouts. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this waterfront property on Lake Anna (6317 Stubbs Cove Lane). The house is gorgeous, spotless, and so well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The private dock and peaceful cove location made it easy to swim, fish, kayak, and enjoy the lake right outside the back door. The in-law suite was such a bonus—perfect for guests who need a quiet area. My sister-in-law especially appreciated it while staying with her infant baby. The views from the property are stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset, and the outdoor spaces are perfect for gathering with family and friends. Inside, the home is spacious, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped, with a kitchen that made cooking together a breeze. The location is private and peaceful, yet still convenient to shops and restaurants. It was truly the perfect setting for our trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for the ultimate Lake Anna vacation and are already looking forward to returning!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house! The home itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained—everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor space was a real highlight, with plenty of room to sit back, enjoy the view, and spend time together. The private dock made it so easy to enjoy the lake, whether we were swimming, fishing, or just lounging in the sun. The paddle boats were such a fun bonus and gave us the chance to explore the water at our own pace. Overall, this property had the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and outdoor adventure. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The house is big and left us w lots of room to spread out. In all we had a good stay but some improvements could help. Maintenance could have been better. The hot tub was smelly and looked like it needed chemical. We stayed from Sat to Sat and it was not addressed until Wed, and I called 4 times for an update but no one seemed to follow up until my fourth call. I did not receive instructions how to access the loft above the garage, I had to search and figure it out myself. More bath towels would be helpful or advise to bring your own.
