All Sun and Games is described as a beautiful, well-equipped retreat that offers great value for groups and families, with spacious interiors, comfortable beds, and sleeping arrangements that support both togetherness and privacy. Guests frequently praised the home for being very clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, and true to its description, with inviting gathering spaces such as the large dining area, game room, and peaceful porch. The property’s lakefront setting was especially appreciated for easy water access, a fantastic dock area, and a private, wooded atmosphere that feels secluded and relaxing. Guests also enjoyed lovely lake views and a scenic location that felt peaceful in every season. Repeated highlights included the pickleball and basketball courts, game tables, board games, paddle boards, kayak, dockside swimming and fishing, and plentiful outdoor space for recreation. Guests also appreciated the easy check-in experience, responsive management, and internet that worked well for some stays.

Nestled on Comfort Lane, this spacious lake home with a new Pickleball court (2024) is just as charming as it is convenient! Under the warm Mineral sunshine, glide across Lake Anna on the provided paddleboards or canoe, dine alfresco on the expansive balcony, shoot hoops on the private court, or indulge in a dip off the dock. There are two Frisbee golf holes in the backyard, and cornhole and shuffleboard for additional fun. When exploring Virginia's natural beauty, be sure to check out Chewning Park, the Orange Troller, and Lake Anna State Park.

Dappled in sunlight, the brick and wood-lined interior blends effortlessly from room to room. Sit back and enjoy watching your favorite shows in the cozy living room. Whip up delicious home-cooked meals in the full kitchen. And dine as a family at the breakfast nook or at the formal dining table. Off the kitchen, you will be pleased to discover a separate laundry room. This home has a direct boat launch on the property. If you do not want to use the direct boat launch, you will have to use a public launch. The home does not have a community launch for guest access.

The dock although it needs work was set up well for fishing and sun bathing.

The wrap around porch with the swing was so peaceful and the wooded property gave us the privacy that we wanted. The dock area had plenty of shaded areas for chatting while others were swimming. The diving board was a blast! What a treat! The water off the dock was deep enough for diving and plenty of cannon balls :) We loved the pickle ball court and used it each day. The size of the bedrooms were fabulous and their spacing on the 4 corners of the house meant that everyone had privacy. We had 4 married couples and 4 single adults and so this sleeping situation was PERFECT for our family. We enjoyed the large dining room table which accommodated all of us - a real treat. The basement area was perfect for our games nights and hours of chatting in comfy furniture before we went to bed. We all played ping pong and shuffle board and used the air hockey table throughout the week. So much to do! The kitchen met our needs and we loved the big refrigerator. We made use of the small refrigerator in the basement storage area too. That was helpful. Lastly, we enjoyed tooling around in the 2 man kayak and using the 2 paddle boards too. This was a great vacation thanks to the generous hospitality of this homeowner!

Great family home for easy lake access for swimming and boating.

The beds were comfortable and we were provided ample sheets and towels. The real gem is the dock and the location on the lake. It's situated further from the major boating activity, which makes it safer for paddleboarding.

We loved the lake access as well as the basketball and pickleball courts. This home just needs a detailed cleaning. The spider webs/spiders everywhere made it hard to enjoy the inside of the home.
