This home has a direct boat launch on the property. If you do not want to use the direct boat launch, you will have to use a public launch; the home does not have a community launch for guest access. The water depth is roughly 11ft at the dock. Firewood is not provided; guests will have to bring their own. You must be 27 years or older to rent this property.
