Home is just beautiful in build. House was only surface cleaned. Horribly stained carpets. The bed broke when sat on. Had to put mattress on floor. Huge hole in ceiling tile where water leaks. Repair guys knew it was leaking left powdered tile dirt on floor right where it fell. lol. Can’t use master shower because of the leak. Chocolate on walls in one of the rooms. It has such potential. Lovely location. Poorly taken care of. I did love the kitchen though. Deck needed power washed and screened porch….overpriced vacation home.

House was in a great location and is really well designed. Beds were comfortable. Overall, house is in need of a thorough cleaning- I know this was in other reviews and I guess I just figured they would have done it by now...but they haven't. My 12 year-old said it best: "this place is $3000 and some sweat equity away from being totally awesome". We rented it as a family vacation home but it feels set-up/cared for like a party house.

Great location, great space! The kayaks were great! The deck and screened in porch could use a good power washing. There was some dry rot on the rails and porch doors too. The kitchen was not very stocked with supplies and the pans they did have were not great (food stuck). We had a leak in the basement that was addressed right away! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We loved the large bedroom/bathroom on the main level. Our kids were a fan of the game room. Above all, there was plenty of outdoor space to explore, plus kayaks, fishing, and a fire pit. Beautiful property!

The home is very spacious and has a beautiful view! The back deck very large and accommodating. Half of our family enjoyed the kayaks and the other half enjoyed fishing off at the boat house--catching lots of catfish and large mouth bass. Everyone enjoyed the beach and fire pit as well. We couldn't ask for better weather or a better location. Thank you!
