Overview
This beautiful, dog-friendly home, located on a quiet cove of Lake Anna, will be the perfect place to celebrate your next vacation! Toast the morning sunrise with a steaming mug of coffee at the bar on the large open deck overlooking the lake. You'll love listening to bird songs and perhaps catching glimpses of the Great White Herons and bald eagles along the shoreline or high up in the treetops. The covered porch off the kitchen is a great place to enjoy a light breeze and views of the lake, woods, and the enclosed yard while savoring your breakfast. Plan a “grill master” tournament on the two gas grills then judge the results at the picnic tables by the beach. Challenge your family to a volleyball, horseshoe, and frisbee-golf tournament while your fishing enthusiasts catch fish from the private dock.
Relax in the oversized hammock gently swaying beneath the trees, or sunbathe on the sparkling pink sand on the beach along the shoreline. Watch magnificent wild fuchsia and orange sunsets from the couch on the covered front porch. Smell the honeysuckle at twilight in May as you wander the protected lands next door to view wildlife and catch a glimpse of the clear babbling brook that runs through the woods and marsh area to the lake. Roast marshmallows around the fire ring on the shoreline, and gaze at the stars as the moon rises. On cold or rainy days, view the lake through cathedral windows while reclining in front of a wood fire in a stacked-stone wood-burning fireplace. Hold a movie festival with trivia questions or play board games with friends and family. Let your culinary creativity loose in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen boasting granite countertops, a six-burner gas Viking Stove, and convection wall ovens. This home has enough space to bring everyone together, enjoy some quiet time with a favorite novel, and everything else in-between.

This house is beautiful. Well stocked and beautifully decorated. Perfect for 2 families of 4 with kids.
Almost everything that would be needed for a lake trip was stocked up in the house. We enjoyed the stay.
We really had a great time at Serenity Now in spite of some issues. The house was amazing with more than the normal number of pans and utensils available in the kitchen. The layout of the house was great for family time and also private times. Our pups enjoyed the very large fenced in yard. The main issues were the condition of the decks and dock. They are in a state of disrepair. The water sport equipment was filthy and not ready for use except for the canoes. The pedal boat was under the dock and full of mold and dirt. The dock is old and splintery and in need of replacement.
Another great week at the lake! This was our second time at this house and we plan on being there again next year!
This was our second stay at Serenity Now and it was perfect! The home has plenty of room for a large family (there were 11 of us, ages 14 thru 70+). Bedrooms were good sized and comfy and the loft bedroom with its. own bath and sitting area was our teens' delight. We loved the basement game table, kitchen, and TV room as well as the garage, filled with Ping-pong, axe throwing and basketball kept everyone entertained. The two grills added to the well- stocked kitchen and the cooks among us took full advantage to keep us well fed. The fenced yard provided ample running space for our pups. Our days were spent boating, wakeboarding, tubing, and just relaxing on the dock The hosts have thought of everything to make guests enjoy their stay. We're looking forward to our next stay.
The house was great and the walk to the lake was short, however the pictures of the sand area were deceiving. The sand had weeds grown up in and and around it. It. Could’ve looked nicer had it been kept up with or raked.
