This house really has it all! The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to cook for our large group. The open concept and big windows keeps the living space feeling spacious even with a big crowd. There are two massive master bedrooms - great for multiple families. As well as two other rooms and 4 full baths total. This was important for our large group! The house is well stocked with games, plenty of places for the kids to hangout while the adults could enjoy the deck, hot tub or fire pit. The deck on top of the boat house was perfect for watching the sunset and wildlife even in the chiller weather. I can't wait to come back when it's warmer and enjoying all of the water toys included with this home. Overall this place is a rare find and I will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

As small group of caretakers of parents with dementia we reserved Hat Trick to Rest, Relax and Restore ourselves. We were met with daily issues within the house. The worst being "WELCOME MONKEYS" displayed on the dartboard. Along with the colonies of ladybugs that greeted us during our entire 4 night stay.

The house was a perfect relaxing time away! Very clean, well decorated, lots of space for cooking and dining. Great back yard and deck for relaxing outside. The internet was perfect for the days I had to work. Great yard for kids or dogs. Plenty of parking. Nice dock by the water, to sit and enjoy an evening cocktail or just a nice place to read a book. I would highly recommend, can’t wait for our next visit! I was there with my family but I think next time, I am going to plan a girls trip there!

What an incredible stay! Hat Trick is beautifully decorated and feels so warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The sweeping lake views from the private deck (and hot tub!) are absolutely breathtaking—we spent hours just soaking it all in. The house is stocked with everything you could imagine, from board games and toys for kids of all ages to kayaks, a paddleboard, and life jackets right off the private dock. My boys were obsessed with the Ninja course in the yard, while the adults loved relaxing by the firepit after sunset. The bedrooms were so comfortable, with perfect climate control in every room, and the whole house felt designed for both fun and relaxation. We also loved how close it is to great lakefront restaurants and wineries—plenty to do for a little getaway. This truly felt like the perfect family escape, and we’re already planning to make Hat Trick our regular spot whenever we come to Lake Anna. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Open plan, tons of room to move around. Nice grilling area, fire pit, close to everywhere we wanted to go but quiet at the same time, loved it
