Take your boat out on the lake for leisurely rides when you utilize the community boat ramp or use the kayaks on the private dock. The huge backyard features a scenic deck, a stone fire pit, and a gazebo which makes it perfect for entertaining, playing yard games, or relaxing with family and friends. When you want to explore the surrounding area, check out Lake Anna State Park, Lake Anna Winery, or one of the local breweries and restaurants.

This was a great space for our semi-annual girls weekend. The beds were comfy, outdoor fire pit space was spacious, and the house was clean! We hope to be back again in the Fall!

We came here for a long girls' weekend, and it was the perfect place. The fireplace in the living room was so cozy, and there was also one downstairs. There was plenty of room to be together or spread out when needed. It had a well stocked kitchen (the second kitchen was a nice bonus too). We also enjoyed visiting 53rd Winery and eating at the Lion's Den. One day, the weather was nice enough to sit outside at the firepit and even the gazebo. We can't wait to come back when it is warmer to enjoy more of the outside!

This was my first time staying in Lake Anna. The home was well designed for group of 7, everyone was able to find a book to escape to when needed. The fire pit was a great add on and the dock views with accompanying sounds of the water made you feel like you were being swept away. We really enjoyed our time connecting at this home and would highly recommend for large groups.

It's not easy getting your grown children and grown grandchildren altogether in one place. Viewtopia had something for everyone. We were there for a week and only left when we needed supplies. Games, swimming, kayaking reading and smores around the firepit. There was even a quiet space for those who had to check in with the office.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids (8 and 10) for our week vacation. The kids had a BLAST on the kayaks, floating near the dock, and making smores by the fire pit. Also the bunk bed room was a kid favorite - they LOVE the LED lights! All bedrooms were great, comfy beds and the sound machines are a great touch. The sunroom was my favorite room in the house - every morning I had my coffee and read my book, watching the water and shore birds. Overall, I can't recommend this property enough. We will definitely be back!
